You own the website. We keep it updated, backed up, and watched, and tell you plainly what we did. The person who does the work is the person who answers your email. Plans start at $89 a month.

WordPress care plans
Start with the level of attention your website needs today. We confirm access, backup readiness, and any existing issues before ongoing care begins.
For a steady informational website
Updates, daily backups, monitoring, and a plain report every month.
For a website that supports daily business
Weekly updates, backups we test, and small changes included.
For a website where downtime disrupts work
Updates tried privately first, plus a review call every quarter.
Every plan includes updates, backups stored away from your site, monitoring, and a plain-English report. See exactly what counts as a small change. Work outside what a plan covers is billed at $105/hour for care plan clients, or $145/hour without a plan. Urgent requests are quoted separately based on availability, access, and risk.

Common questions
If your situation doesn’t fit neatly, start a conversation. PisgahTek will tell you whether it’s the right match.
We keep your site updated, backed up, and watched, and send you a short report each month. Plus and Complete also include small changes. The care plan page lists exactly what each level covers.
Usually, yes. If nobody is sure who controls the hosting, or whether there’s a working backup, we need to look before we can promise anything. A simple site in good shape can sometimes skip it after a short chat.
Sometimes. Ownership, DNS, hosting, and vendor-handoff work doesn’t depend on WordPress, so that’s usually fine. Work on a non-WordPress platform is quoted as a project rather than sold as a care plan — start with a Site Review and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a fit.
No. Care runs on a schedule, so there’s no overnight phone line. If something urgent happens we’ll look at it case by case, but we won’t promise a response time we can’t keep.
